The main types and operating steps of brazing furnaces
2021-11
Brazing furnace is a kind of equipment used for metal brazing and bright heat treatment, which is suitable for batch production of small and medium-sized stainless steel parts (tableware, tools, hardware, etc.), such as bright quenching and tempering of martensite stainless steel and bright annealing of austenitic stainless steel.
The brazing furnace mainly consists of a degreasing furnace, a spraying system, a drying drive, a drying furnace, a drying passive and brazing passive, a front chamber, a brazing furnace, water cooling (dry cooling), strong wind cooling, and a brazing furnace drive.
There are two types of brazing furnaces: vacuum and non vacuum. The Vacuum furnace has high brazing quality and expensive equipment. The conventional process is to apply flux to the parts to be welded of the cleaned and decontaminated workpieces, pave the solder (powder, particle, sheet), place another part to be welded (the welding surface is also coated with flux), position and fix the two parts, and then put them into the furnace to heat up to the melting temperature of the solder to complete the welding. It uses furnace temperature to increase the temperature of the workpiece, melting and melting the solder lower than the workpiece, allowing the workpiece to be welded. Among them, the selection of solder is very important. This process has high yield, good quality, and small workpiece deformation, making it suitable for large-scale production.
The precise and reasonable heating furnace zoning of the brazing furnace, the hardware selection and software parameter adjustment of high-precision advanced temperature control instruments, require extremely high temperature control accuracy (1 ℃), and the temperature uniformity of the brazing area is within 2 ℃, thereby ensuring the sensitivity and critical requirements of brazing to temperature. Vacuum brazing can keep the workpiece clean and bright. It is mainly used in the iron and steel industry, metallurgical industry, etc., mainly used in the automotive industry, aviation and space industry industry, as well as in the brazing and bright heat treatment of stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, copper parts such as refrigerators, air conditioners, electronics, microwave magnetrons, etc.
