When the system vacuum reaches a certain set value, the Roots pump starts, the bypass valve opens, and the bottom valve closes. At this time, the vacuum chamber is vacuumed. When the diffusion pump is heated to the specified temperature and the vacuum degree is higher than the specified value, the high valve opens, the bypass valve closes, and the bottom valve opens. At this time, before the heat treatment can be completed, the vacuum chamber is vacuumed to achieve the required vacuum degree for the process. After the heat treatment is completed, high-purity nitrogen is filled into the vacuum chamber through the heat exchanger to complete forced cooling and complete the entire process.
