Composition and structure of high-temperature brazing furnace

2021-10

The high-temperature brazing furnace is mainly divided into two series: vertical and horizontal. The vertical series is further divided into two types: hood lifting type and bottom tray lifting type. The horizontal series can be divided into single door structure and double door structure. The furnace body adopts a cold sandwich structure, with an outer wall made of carbon steel and an inner wall made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. There are several types of heating elements in the heating chamber, such as molybdenum wire, molybdenum strip, molybdenum rod, and graphite tube. There are two distribution methods for heating elements: circular heating and all-round heating, ensuring uniform furnace temperature. All metal or composite insulation materials can be used for insulation in the heating chamber. All metal insulation materials are usually composed of heat-resistant stainless steel sheets and molybdenum sheets, while composite insulation materials are composed of heat-resistant stainless steel sheets, molybdenum sheets, and carbon felt or aluminum silicate fibers. Currently, the insulation layer of many high-temperature vacuum brazing furnaces is mostly composed of multi-layer carbon felt.
Vacuum units are generally composed of mechanical pumps and oil diffusion pumps, or mechanical pumps and Roots booster pumps and oil diffusion pumps. Different vacuum devices are selected according to different process requirements.
The temperature control adopts an intelligent temperature controller to achieve automatic control of temperature rise, insulation, and cooling. It can adjust the temperature and display process parameters such as temperature and time.
There are several types of ventilation and cooling systems, such as the external circulation structure of the blower and the internal circulation structure of the blower, which promote rapid cooling of welded components.
At present, the entire process control of domestic high-temperature vacuum brazing furnaces is completed using programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and all actions are protected by interlocking. There are two operation modes: manual and automatic. In addition, there is no complete alarm and protection device, and the high-temperature vacuum brazing furnace has various specifications and structural shapes.
